Shipment Terms

 

**Hong Kong Customer**

a>        Self pick up the goods in our office during office hours :

         Monday - Friday ( 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

         Saturday              (10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)

         Sunday & Public Holidays       (Off)

       

b>        Goods will be sent by Regular Parcel Post via HK Post Office within 7 working days after payment has been settled.

 

c>    Goods will be sent by Courier within 7 working days after payment has been settled but only restricted  to commercial area along MTR Stations during office hours.  Residential area is excluded.

 

**Overseas Customer**

 

a>        Goods will be sent via Regular Air Post or other services depend on situations in Hong Kong within 7 working days after payment has been settled.

Shipping fee will be quoted if shipment is required to be arranged by FedEx, UPS or any other methods.  Please email us for enquiry: info@hostsmart.com.hk

b>        Goods will normally take 15-20 working days for arrival, but some countries may take longer time due to custom clearance problem which is out of our control.  So we cannot guarantee a firmed arrival date, and if such delay is happened, we sincerely hope customer can be understood and accepted.

c>        Optional Shipment Insurance (We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipment, we recommend customer to purchase the optional insurance form us).

d>       Please note that the overseas buyer is responsible for any taxes that may be incurred during customs.

  

**China Customer**

Please contact us for delivery arrangement!

 

 

Return / Exchange Policies

 

a>        Return or Exchange is offered for items that are defective upon receipt ONLY.

b>        Return / Exchange must be requested within 3 working days upon receipt of merchandise.  Please contact us by email with details of the order no. / Item no., we will then give you a return authorization no. / shipping instructions / return address.

We don’t accept any unauthorized return, customer can only send us back the defective goods after you get our return authorization no. !

c>  Please ship us back the goods within 3days (for Hong Kong Customer) / 1week (for China / Oversea Customer) after getting our return authorization no.

d>  We will exchange / refund (depend on stock status) the goods to customer ONLY upon receipt of the returned goods.

e>        Non-refundable of Shipping Fee.  All Shipping Charges / Duties will be responsible by Customer.  Customer needs to pay Shipping & Handling Fee again for re-ship the item or we only refund the item price.

f>         Host Smart International Ltd reserves the right to change & update our Return / Exchange or refund cases with our final decision.
